Anderson Property Management, Incorporated is all about you, the client; and understanding your needs and objectives in order to give you the property of your dreams. We have been fulfilling property owners' dreams for over 24 years.

We are a family owned and operated business that started - very humbly -  in 1986 with a few push mowers and ten properties along the lakes. The eldest son, Todd Anderson, envisioned growing the company to a full time, year-round business. We implemented a comprehensive advertising campaign directed by Bobbi Anderson (the mother); and Steve Anderson (the father) motivated and encouraged the rest of the family to help make this goal a reality. Soon, the company grew from simply mowing yards, to a multi-service company: doing Chemical applications, Landscape design and installation, Irrigation installation and service, Hardscape design and installation and snow plowing.

We've evolved tremendously since our "mowing" days. We are now the premiere full-service property management company in Kosciusko County and surrounding area. It is our privelege to provide service for so many distinctive properties and corporate campuses. None of it would be possible without you.
